When you contact us or make a booking, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and any information you provide in enquiry forms or messages. We do not collect payment card details — payments are processed through our booking provider (Urable).
We use your information to: respond to your enquiries, confirm and manage your bookings, send you relevant updates about your vehicle's service, and (with your permission) contact you about future services or maintenance reminders. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Your information is stored securely in our booking and communication systems. We retain customer records for up to 7 years in line with Australian tax and business record-keeping requirements.
