Terms of Service.

Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings where circumstances require. Payment is due upon service completion unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Vehicle condition

We document each vehicle's pre-existing condition and are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that exist prior to the vehicle being received. Any newly discovered issues are communicated to you before additional work proceeds.

Service scope

Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional work beyond the original scope requires your approval before we proceed.

Ceramic coating warranty

IGL Coatings manufacturer warranties are provided subject to the terms and conditions set by IGL Coatings. Warranties become void if the vehicle experiences non-standard conditions or if unauthorised products are applied to a coated surface.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
