Terms of Service

Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings where circumstances require. We will always provide reasonable notice and work with you to find an alternative time. Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Vehicle condition

We inspect all vehicles before commencing work. We document the vehicle's pre-existing condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that exist prior to the vehicle being received in our care. Any additional issues discovered during the service will be communicated to you before proceeding.

Service scope

Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the actual condition of the vehicle requires additional time or materials, we will contact you to discuss before proceeding. We do not commence additional work without customer approval.

Ceramic coating warranty

IGL Coatings manufacturer warranties are provided subject to the terms and conditions set by IGL Coatings. These warranties cover product defects and premature coating failure. Warranties are void if the vehicle has been exposed to conditions outside normal use, if unauthorised products have been applied over the coating, or if the vehicle has not been maintained in accordance with our post-service instructions.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential loss, loss of use, or indirect damages. We maintain appropriate insurance for our operations.
